1. Product Description

Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with the professional tax software product ("Product") as outlined below:

2. Purchase Price & Fee Structure

The total one-time purchase price for the software is $199.00, which includes all licenses necessary to operate the software.

Additional Fee Acknowledgments:

By using the Xtreme 1040 Pro software, Buyer acknowledges the following backend fees:
Service Bureau Fee: $30.00
Transmitter Fee: $17.00
Customer Service Tech Fee: $18.00

Bank Fee (choose one):
$39.95 – Refund Advantage (RA)
$44.95 – Santa Barbara TPG

These fees are mandatory and support secure electronic filing, software operations, and technical infrastructure.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment of $99.00 is due upon execution of this Agreement. Payment is to be made via invoice unless paid in advance. Backend fees are billed per transaction and deducted accordingly during tax season.

4. Approved Bank Processors

Buyer may select from the following approved bank processors for refund transfers:

5. Software License

Upon purchase, Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the software strictly for professional tax preparation. Resale, redistribution, or third-party access is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Software Delivery

Buyer will receive access credentials and setup instructions via email within 72 hours of full payment. Access will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

7. Technical Support

Seller provides ongoing support for installation, technical troubleshooting, and general software usage. Support is included with the purchase and may be accessed through Seller's support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software, even if advised of such potential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the Seller's principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between the Buyer and Seller. It supersedes all previous communications, whether verbal or written, regarding this transaction.

Lifetime License Terms

By purchasing a lifetime license, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Lifetime Definition: Refers to the active lifespan of the software product or the company, whichever ends first.Updates: Software updates are included while the software remains supported. Major upgrades may incur additional costs.Non-Transferable: This license is for Buyer's use only and may not be shared or reassigned.Support Policy: Support is provided according to current Seller policy.Termination: Seller may revoke the license if Buyer violates any part of this Agreement.
